Default au II speaker install help

hey guys i just bought my self an au II ute and am about to fit a new stereo to it was just wondering if anyone new an easy way to remove the door cards? pics would be great thanks

I'll be doing the same soon ... I got my new system out of my previous car ... going to hide my splits in the door altogether ... not sure if to replace the rear corner speakers in the ute .. or just take them out.

Also have two 12" JL Audio subs to put behind the front seats ... and I think I'll mount the amps under both seats (seperate sub amp .. and seperate component amp ... if i get rear corner speakers [might use my Pioneer 8" 3-ways though])

thank you very much that diagram helped alot i am fitting my stereo early next week will post pics of it i have a 12" jl sub going behind the center console between the seats and two 6" pioneers in the doors with a pioneer head unit and bluapunk 4 ch amp to run it all

i didnt know the au had rear speakers in the ute ?

My XLS does .... AUII as well ... look like 6x9s in there ... maybe an odd-size 5x8 though ... in the sides under the rear quarter window.

I still have the factory gear in there ... nothing has been changed over standard as yet in the audio department.
