Default Melbourne Ford Service.

Howdy All,
Booked my MC Zetec Mondeo Diesel in for its 30K service at City Ford in Carlton next week. Fixed price $315.
Was wondering if anyone had any experience regarding this Franchise.
Purchased the car from Courtney and Patterson but there not handy to work and I'm not taking it back to the local mechanic that did the 15K service...another story.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
And yep! I love the car.

I've had no real issues with City Ford.
Titanium was purchased from them & its also very convenient to movie venues to pass the waiting time.
Like all other servicing shops they will try to oversell service with their "recommendations".
On other occasions have received free assistance with minor issues like sunroof reset.

Heard a rumour that they are closing.

I use Binks, and they have been good when I had the Mondeo and also with the Territory.

will be using them for our 60k service on our MB titanium TDCi in the few months so good to hear they are reasonable. They are also very convienient for me as it is only a block from work.

The rumours about them closing are more than likely true as the site will be developed in the next few years by Melbourne Uni

I wasn't greatly impressed with City Ford. We were ready to buy a Mondeo Titanium TDCi but got zero service or help. Ended up walking out and getting a great deal from Coffey Ford. Service wise we've been using Strapp Ford in Burwood and they've been great.
