I drove past this car and thought it looked pretty original, I thought I would go and ask if they wanted to sell.
Agreed on $100 and it got driven to my place. A/C works, Power steer works, oils and fluids look very good. Apparently the previous owner had spend $2000 on a new engine in 2004. It drives really well and the kids 2, 4, and 6 love steering around the paddocks. The kids had to clean it, vacuum it, and will have to service it etc.... I think it wil be great for learning. I looked at the plate and its 9/1988 realised it is nearly 20 years old..... to think I remember thinking how nice EA's looked when they were new. Just general interest, I know I love to see what people can find out there.

CFI + cricket bat looks like fun :P
I'd like to see the 2yo D1-ing it in the paddock! Or do you mean you sit the kids on your lap? Either way, you should youtube that stuff |

Ha ha ha ha. Maybe not drfiting but can get some vids of them driving. Yeah - he kids do the steering, I do the pedals. The past paddock cars are a little sad - I am tryingto teach them to be nice to this one!

But EAs, like umpires, alcohol, and power in third world nations, purely exist to be abused!

that's a really good pick up, I'm not a big fan of EA falcons, but at that price and in that condition, i wouldn't care if it was a VH Commodore.

jeez, if you didn't kill the XC first, what did, or was it born like that, nah seriously mate, looks like you've had loads of fun in those things, Does the Land Rover still run? i read somewhere that something like 75% of Land Rovers ever made are still in use. don't know if it's true, but if so... wow

That was stripped and pretty much as is when I bought the place. I have shot it a couple of times, but I believe it was well and truly dead at the time of shooting. If you think they can be rescued I will take them off and send them to you. You pay post etc... It actually has the sports tacho dash inside too - I should pull that out an sell it.
