I think 18 is as far as it goes.
I got to a level where the movement to get into the red lines was impossible to get to.

I want to know how to get passed level 14 as well. I like the password "Kegstand". I wish I had one of those. Oh, and I play without the music as I have no speakers, or headphones.

Just finished it.... tell ya what, you think 14 is hard... wait till you get up to 17-21... I've been sat here for 2 hours with pen and paper deducting possible routes.... Great timewaster, good noodle baker
