what is the best way you guys know off to record sound files to upload onto the forum??

use windows sound recorder and a microphone..... or a mobile phone.....or an MP3 player that records....

i use my digital handy cam, and download the footage, and just save a sound file, pretty easy, and good quality stereo

what kinda sound files? get something good like adobe audition, that can usally handle all the sound files mixing down, adding stuf to a sound file then saving it to a mp3
should be on download.com ? |

use a sound proof room with no reverb, have a Sennheiser 416 mic running through a mixing console with Digital converter in to the computer, record using Sound Forge. Use a pop-guard if you need to. Make sure you record using a high sample rate in WAV format.
