Hi , Just wondering if any had or know where i could find more pictures of the Blue Power CAI eg. close ups and inside pics. I did a search but can only seem to find pictures after they are installed. Also are the boxes insulated inside and do you guys do a kit of the B series I6.
Cheers Cam

Yes our CAI fits 6 Cyl aswell. its only a different adpator pipe to the V8 one.
As for insulation on our airboxes we found that it had a negative effect to the performance to the CAI when it got hot. Having it uninsulated the temp change from hot to cold was far quicker turn around. Here is a pic with the lid off on a 6 Cyl. Any probs give us a call on 03 9305 3000

There is no side entry into the BPR box (not sure on the BFXR, but my BFGT had an over the radiator pickup feeding into the stock panel filter enclosure). The BPR box draws air from behind / underneath the passenger headlight - the factory rubber pickup originally in this position is removed enlarging the 'hole' feeding the cold air.
You need to be aware that these boxes amplify the induction roar at least x 2, me and about 99.5% of owners absolutely looove the induction roar, but I do know of one guy that did not. My post http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_s2IgszcEA will give you some idea of the noise you can expect when RACING the vehicle. It will not sound like that driven down the shops and back, not unless you are on a licence losing mission. tex
