Default Trouble with Explorer 6 stacker.

Hi.

Recently our UX Explorer has not been playing cd's.
when the cd button is pushed it will try load cds for a few seconds before switching back to radio..

Still 3 cds in stacker and cant be ejected/ loaded.
No new cds can be loaded..

This a common problem??
