partner a
Australian citizen traveling to America, to visit family/friends and if she gives birth baby born in America gets dual aus and American citizen partner b Australia citizen travels to America for the birth & decides to bring the mother and baby up in America does this mean A & B can get American citizen with no hassle? sorry for noob question  |

if partner a is so close to giving birth il be very surprised if she gets a visa to enter the us.

America does not allow dual citizenship.
Rupert Murdoch needed to drop his Aussie citizenship when he moved to the US in order to expand. If he couldn't do it, nobody can. Can't help with the 2nd part, sorry. |

I dont know about anyone else, but I would travel the world on a Australian passport a million times before I travelled on a US one, the aussie one is one that gets you into just about anywhere without a hassle. Also if person A is only 7 weeks pregnant, they will need to go on a special visa anyway as tourist visa's under the waiver program are only valid for around 90 days.
