How big do you want to go? CAPA sell the Granatelli ones which are 75/80mm, or you can use Ford Racing ones from an SVT lightning which are 90mm.

The 75 mm Granatelli is more than enough for a 5L, but when you get the one to suit AU, you will find it looks identical to your stock one, but without all the insides (they are bored out quite a bit) and with regraphed electrics from Granatelli.
Your best bet would be for you to get the leanest one available, and run an adj fuel reg, or edit to sortout the leaning out issue you will have, but adjusted well with more fuel pressure, it will run better, make more power and torque. Your best bet would be to use a dyno to do this and keep tabs on AFR's. The ECU will give it a bit more timing aswell with more fuel pressure and the bigger MAF. I recommend you go to a Flash tuner, get it tuned properly, and if you still want the MAF, let me know and ill put you onto someone that can supply and also tune, as im going through that at the moment with a bigger MAF and edit. |

I purchased the 90mm lightning maf and adaptor for filter from blueovalindustries on ebay.com for $180.00 austalian delivered and took less than a week to get here. You will have to have an edit though as afr's are all messed up. the good thing is that it plugs straight in. If you go this route, you won't need to worry about getting enough air in.

For value for money you cant go past one of these MAF's (as above post)
The Granatelli will cost you more than double unless you can get one cheap via ebay US... They are very big though, way too much for a 5L, even a worked one. There is plenty of power in the stock MAF's, they are plenty big. 75mm is max for a 5L IMO, but make sure you guys let us know how it all goes after tuning etc, and before and after dyno's would be good too. |

You bought one of those dual-tb manifolds from that guy on eBay, right?
Go the 90mm Lightning MAF, and an edit (edit is necesarry to re-programme the EEC for the new MAF). Let us know how it goes.

THE 75mm should be ok unless you are stroking it.I'm only running the 5ltr and the maf hasn't maxed out the milliamps yet but close. If you are stroking the 90mm is the way to go.
