Hi guys ive just brought an au2 xr8 that blows brake fuses as soon as I put them in.Ive also noticed the light switch on the dash can fully rotate .Does anyone know if they are linked or do I have 2 seperate faults. Thanks for any help

The lights & brakes are on separate circuits.
As an example the brakes illuminate regardless if the lights are on or off. |

As noted they are separate issues. Blowing the fuse immediately will indicate a short to ground most likely but can also be caused by a bulb so replace them anyway as a starting point and then check the wiring at the bulb holders for damage.
