Default Willowbank 7 till 11 29/12/05

Well What a great night! Good Company nice cars and boys being beat'n by Girls!!!

Well Done Tori with a Fab Personal Best!

Well i didnt break into the 14's as i expected, still have a few issues with the ECU and still getting over the "high quality" repairs done at warrick.
15.110 was my best time for the night.

2 words.......AXLE TRAMP!

Nathan good work in the Herrod machine and cant wait to see the new cams go like a fat man at a all you can eat buffet!

Matt P gave the turbo ute a good ole thrashing.

and for the people who went last night........what happens at willowbank stays at willowbank.

I saw in the other thread a silver GT and a ute lined up. There is a rumour that the GT did 13.8. I wonder if it was running ethanol? Probably not because it WON......

Congrats Tori.......

Congrats tori! Next time I will have to throw that sickie so we can go tag team on Jabba. Can't wait to we are both on the line again, 13.8 and 13.6, it could go either way.

Thanks for all the Congrats guys, I really appreciate it - although I must admit my ego has swelled beyond comprehension and I am waiting patiently for one of the supercars teams to approach me anyday now... :king:

With the help of my pit crew I know that I can get even better results just have to wait for the weather to cool down a little as it is stinky hot out there and it just does nothing for my hair... :

How about a re-match Matt - are you game?

The 7-11's are a new thing. They only had 3 or 4 last year.

Wed and Sat T&T's normally finish up between 8:30 and 9pm (they'll go a little longer if there are heaps of cars).

It's best not to go the week before a Street Series event as there'll be quite a few "real" drag cars out there and they can often drop oil, slowing the night down.

Well done Tori I can only dream of a 13.8 I just want to get into the 14s for now, i cant believe how much grip that strips got. Next time Ill let the clutch out a 6000 and see if the s$^& of a thing bogs down. Cheers all for a great night count me in for the next one. Drew Ill see if i can get hold of a 5 speed PCM for you to see if that will improve the old girl.

We have been to a few Test and Tune nights and always managed to get a fair few runs in… on average about half a dozen runs or just short of… depends on how much you stuff around gas bagging and so forth.

So it looks like the next Seven to Eleven is on the 23rd of February. Mark it in your diaries folks! The weather should be much kinder by then so that is a huge plus!

What does PCM stand for?
If my ideas go to plan the e-ole 4Litre will be on a engine stand being tickled by then and if things are going better it should be back in! Its going to be one tuff 6.
Matt, it is a old girl but its one i wouldn't sleep with because of the balls it has!!!

Spot on Jabba it is Fords term for an ECU. You would be amazed at how many vehicles run the same EECV PCM that is in your EL Drew. All the AUs the F trucks & Explorer I think escape does too.
