Angry car wont start

hi I have a 2000 model lazer injector. now I check for spark ok injector pulse ok no fuel coming but if I run power to the pump from the battery pump works but still wont start. so I changed the ecu ignition and barrel new key reader still wont start if I spary throttle body cleaner in it start for a second. also when I put the ignition on the pump does not prim up if in wind it over and let the key go the pump prims please help head ******

fuel relay...! unsure of location, but if your pump runs straight from the battery but wont start off the key take a look at the relay, or the fuel pump fuse for start too..!!! HTH
