Looks like Belmore road (I think its called) - I think I can make out that street sign says Homer st. Which would explain why - he could be coming home from Pickles at Kingsgrove, although that doesn't explain a front plate.
Not sure its even illegal - if its got a pink/blue slip (which a lot of them have), can't he legally drive it directly to the RTA to get it registered? I could be wrong, I'm not sure on the technicalities.

It's Kingsgrove Road and Homer St. Heading towards the M5.
If you took this today you drove past me. :P I drive one of those stupid purple and aqua buses you may see getting around there regularly, and our depot is down near the next set of lights. Doubt it would have come from Pickles. Their auctions are usually held on Tuesdays. Though it could have been a 'fixed price' car, since BA's are going VERY cheap now.

Got it in one Feathers. Maybe he was going to Beverly Hills RTA, dunno as I got on the M5. It gave me a laugh though.

Not sure if it was taken this afternoon but they do have a Govt and Fleet Monday 3pm auction.

Yeah, thats the one - wasn't sure of the name. Its one of those I drive on a bit but not sure what its called. I recognised that building on the corner with the verandah.
