Outlook Express probs

Hi, I have Outlook Express 7, it wont let me check my emails, keeps bringing up the dial up box, even though i am on ADSL, used to do it occasionally, now its doing it all the time, i have to go through Firefox then Westnet to check my emails. Any ideas?

in Outlook Express goto

Tools --> Accounts --> mail tab

Select your mail account then click properties.

Then click on the connections tab, and select the option to use the LAN

also in Internet Explorer

Tools --> Internet Options

Click the servers tab, then click the "never dial a connection" option

That hopefully will fix it
