"So Many"? No, rubbish.
In terms of the general population, hardly any at all.
In fact, the big difference, is that those of my father's generation actually took action.
Nowdays everyone gets on social media and rants on like they know, as if their ranting will solve anything, but the fact is they don't know.

As for Institutional Silence, no, I don't understand it. Never have, never will. In my mind the truth is always better, own your mistakes, bring the filth to justice, apologise and try to make amends.
But no, institutions always seem to think that silence is better.

And again, the situation has gotten worse, not better. Yes, this generation likes to complain more, but for the most part it is very non-specific. They either blame nobody, or blame "society".

And if you want to talk about "staying silent", then this generation takes the cake:
Kids traumatised by systematic sexual abuse? No, don't investigate, just be more "inclusive" and encourage the kid to act on their mangled thoughts & emotions.
Young girls being horrifically mutilated? Shh, don't talk about that you might offend somebody.
Prepubescent girls being given away as brides and raped by their "husbands"? Ooh don't talk about that, its their religion.
Paedophiles grooming young children? If you say anything against that you're a biggot.
Systemic and endemic poverty, addiction, sexual abuse, child-suicides and infant mortality in Remote Communities. No, Only Racists want to mention that.

Sure the Catholic Church is always fair game, but that's the exception.

The leftist's have got gays accepted, now trans. The next move is making pedophilia a sexual orientation. It's starting to happen already.

The slippery slope is alive and well. Sick bastards.

This is, in the main, a car enthusiast's forum. Let's stay there.
