does cobalt blue (code C9) have a purple pearl in it?
mine is C9, and on an angle it looks purple but on another angle it looks blue! just wondering if mines different Thanx Damon

Not sure about the purple being in it, but it is a metallic paint though. So of course at different angles of light it apears purple. The same goes for polynesian green, some angle's it looks near black while at others it appears an in depth green. I think bordeux (the purple colour), has the same effect. These colours all came out on the ED's and they are by far the best looking colours, including the cobalt blue, an of course black .

I think this is pretty normal. I've heard of people calling Cobalt cars purple.
