A quick question if I may.
Test driving a replacement LT TDCI this afternoon and noticed when I pulled up on a side street and looked into the hidden menu at the coolant operating temp that the car was running at between 119 and 121c. I'm vaguely remember my old one ran around 103-105c but can't be sure. Can anyone clear this up for me please? I couldn't really fault the car until I checked the menu, and also the battery voltage with the car running is 13.6v I think that may be border line low as well. To check the menu, with the car off, hold the trip reset button in and turn ignition to on until it says test and it will start with a gauge sweep then continued presses of the reset button will scroll you through a myriad of things. When you get to Temp, start your car and it will show your coolant temp slowly rise to where it runs normally. Much quicker of course if you take it for a drive. Thanks |

13.6V is fine and the temperature is within normal tolerances.
Cheers Russ

Hey Bruce, your welcome.
While your playing, don't be scared to let me know what temp your car sits on. Cheers |
