Question Cops street racing?

Was going past the local cop shop and saw a neat XR6 Turbo out the front complete with aftermarket "Fusion" sticker on the back window and aftermarket rims.

When I looked inside it had all the police gear so it was definately a cop car.

WTF?

Are the Aussie cops going fast and the furious on us and trying to infiltrate the street racing scene?

And why?

They arent exactly sophisticated or coordinated around here mostly crappy lancers and commowhores randomly hooning around.

??? :

How well will they go infiltrating a street racing gang parking their car outside the polcie station with police equipment visible?

on't know about after market wheels, but see lots of unmarked police cars with surf brand stickers on them down here.

Yep, thats exactly what they are doing, up here they have had a XR6T sedan with Personalised plates, and at the moment they have a SS Ute with a "UNIT" sticker on the rear window.

Sneaky buggers

But oh well, dont race, and you wont get caught!

Not 100% about the rims as anything looks aftermarket compared to my 16 inch Ghias : but it gave the general impression of a "hoon" car!
