Default Electric seat wires

Hi to all.... I am planning a trip to central Queensland and want to put a C.B radio in my AUII Ute. I think the best place for it would be beheind the seats so i do not have to drill holes in the dash.
my question is where to get power from, there are wires under my seat (may be in the standard loom for electric seats which i dont have) are these wires for electric seats does any one know.
Thankyou
Craig

Are they plugged in to something? If so, then they are for the seatbelt pretensioners. I would suggest not touching them.

Why not run a wire under your console and join it into the radio circuit?
