4th Annual B-Series Nationals - Parkes Motor Meet - Show & Shine
When: Saturday 15th October 2011 Where: Pioneer Oval, Parkes, New South Wales All Ford models are welcome to enter *Large display of cars from all manufacturers *Trade stalls *Trophies awarded for Ford categories *Saturday night group BBQ *Swap Meet *Sunday Cruise *Sunday night group dinner Plan on making it a full weekend of fun! Ther is plenty of accommodation in town, however you do need to book early as the town fills up fast!!!! At least you guys allow other models of the Ford range to show with ya's  Form will be filled out and sent within the next few weeks, and payment not too soon after...

tried to get onto the coachman hotel site but came up with an error? also how do i pay for entry?

I’ve just spoken with Central West Car Club, the Saturday drive-in night is set. Screening will be “Gone in 60 Seconds”.
The night is capped with 150 cars so spots are very limited. In order to secure your spot you must prepay. Cost: 1) Prepay now is $15 per car 2) Pay on the day of the show (and risk there be no spots left) is $20 per car 3) Turn up at the gate on the night (and risk there be no spots left) is $30 per car For those wanting to attend I need your entries for the B-Series Nationals in NOW, accompanied by your payment ($35) plus the extra payment ($15) for the drive in night if you want to attend. I have to organise trophies for the Nationals, and as you know trophies rely on being covered by your entry fees and I need to order these asap. To speed the process up you can PM or email me the details from the entry form and simply EFT the entry payment and drive in night payment to the bank details provided on the entry form. |

Just to avoid delays, don't send cheques, money orders etc.. These just slow things down, use bank transfer via internet banking or phone banking to speed the process.
When transferring use your AFF name so confirmation of payment can be made.
