Default Condensation in garage

Hi everyone,

I am having an issue with condensation in my garage at the moment. Unfortunately I don't have any sisalation under the tin roof and I am getting water dripping all over the GTP which is pi$$ing me off. I am wondering if i install a "whirlybird" on the roof would this help fix the problem due to increased airflow in the garage???

Thanks in advance,
Greg.

air condition it...then put TV, pool table, bar, jacoozie..
and i'll be over soon!

would it be a hot motor drawing the condensation?

edit: just an air gap (small) between the walls and roof.

our back deck does the same thing, the iron roof gathers condensation and drips down onto the deck, but it's completely open...the deck boards are separated, and it's just railing around the edges.

Is it getting very cold down in Mornington, or does it happen all the time?

might sound like a silly option, but its simple. rig up a tarp just below the roof line? or even if its a beveled roof get some PVC pipe of a resonable size cut along to make a tray that goes to a drain? as im assuming its gathering right in the top joint as the car sits there slightly hot in the arvo and as it cools and turns to condensation comes back down?

These might help, there's a few different solutions in there...Burnz actually said one, but I don't know if he meant it in that fashion...was Airfill (like bubblewrap)...

Its because of the cold weather and the sun hitting the roof in the morning.
A whirly bird wont make much difference.

Is the garage door left open over night? That may help even the air temp inside and outside of a morning.

Ventilation to keep temps equal.. An extractor fan either driven off elect or solar..
Make sure NO moisture is getting under floor etc...
A dehumidifier or tarp over car ???

I have a side sliding door which opens into my backyard, I might try leaving it open a small amount to see if that helps. If not, I will have to install some sisalation. Thanks to everyone for your advice.
