"Engine flush" or words to that effect. There are probably 5 or so brands that sell the same sorta thing.

oooooooo yes it will but you want to just leave it idling while running the kero through.

Taking it for a drive and loading up the engine with thin oil is a recipe for....a rebuild.

If you have a serious amount of sludge it will take multiple flushes over time to dissolve it.

i've found a few hundred ml of diesel does the trick...just let idle for a while and it will drain like water...

If you have access to some *ahem* oil made for diesel engines will clean gunk. But if left for too long in your petrol engine, it'll start to leak out of just about every seal!

Give it a couple of Kero baths
About 1/2 to a 1 litre of kero to the oil when warm and let it fast idle for about 10 mins and drop it immediately.
Drain it and put some cheap oil and filter in it for about a week and do it again - the new oil will be black as when it comes out.
Do this a couple of times over a few weeks if the motor has been neglected
When you are satisfied that the oil is coming out rather clean refil with your fav oil and oil filter and change every 5k
