Never liked the position of front parking sensors so after kangaroo encounter and new bumper on the FG I thought Id position them in new place so drilled a hole in each fog light shroud and each side of the lower grill.... all good for 19mm then found 2 of the sensors were damaged so Ebayed new ones.....
faaaarrrt ordered wrong size and 22mm arrived. So how can I cleanly redrill the 19mm holes to 22mm or am I better with a drill bit in the 19mm hole and just ground it out.

A step drill bit will be the easiest way.

it should also be pointed out that the sensors are programmed to work in their original positions, and may give false readings if they are mounted anywhere else
