Those of you who've been fishing up in the gulf may have enjoyed a beer or a fight in the Burketown Pub. Well you'd be hard pressed to get either now ... she's gone.

OH! ****.......I've had a lot of good drinks and yarns in that pub.......hope they rebuild it.....and soon!

very interesting how pubs are so susceptible to total loss by fire
every town ive ever lived in had a pub burn down......... |
