Looks sweet mate. Any change in colour for the car or just spraying the bonnet?

the shape of the EL grill changes the look of the front of the car a lot i reckon.
the FBT grill was made using an EF fairmont grill, which many say is the best grill that ever was on an eseries.

FBT Grille owns every other E-series grille.

Anyone got a pic of a FBT front on and close up? If I was to do it all I would do I think is leave the main center horizontal bit in and take the little bars out. Then fill in with some good mesh.

Looks tops John. To save yourself the time and effort in colour matching to your car, spray the bonnet flat black and enjoy the drift spec edition EF GLi.

Can see the pic now, looks awesome mate, have you thought about putting something on the bonnet, i think an EL GT scoope would suite very nice now with the high rise bonnet of the fairmonts.

EF I Ghia grills were all chrome with the colour coded outside.
EF II Ghia grills only have a chrome 'rim' around the outside and the rest is black. not that it matters since it'll be changed :P all those saying 'paint it black' if i was gunna goto the trouble of painting it, i'd paint it green, seems like a hassle painting it twice :P the only vent or something that i'd put onto the bonnet would extend UNDER the skin, not be raised above it. meaning it'd be something custom, no XR or GT vents. and even then i'm not sure if i'll bother.
