Saw this attached to the front a tram in Melbourne!! Bad pic, but I had to get it whilst driving! The front the tram looked 100% just had this brake light assembly and part of car jambed into the 'bumper bar' of the tram...
WTF? |

It looks like the tram is dragging the back end of a car?

haha - I said it was bad, lemme explain. The tram is just out of the picture on the right hand side, you can see the headlight of it. Ignore the camry in the back ground. Can you see the brake light and part of the light panel that was jambed onto the front of the tram?
I must admit, I think it was one of those "you had to see it for real" moments. My bad! : |

I didn't have that much trouble seeing what it was but now the guessing game starts, what car is it off? Tram must have been on its way back to a depot but you would have thought they try harder to remove it.

Thanks Sorted - I was trying to work out how to put pics straight into the forum, but hey you did it for me!
I didn't realise that I had those other two photo's of the XT in there. I posted them in the "Car Park Finds" section but here will do too eh. This car I saw on the Monash Freeway the other day. It's got an XR front end on it, FPV and GT badges all over, Cobra strips wth 40th Anniversary stuff too. Oh, and don't forget the HO badges too, oh, and the HO modified XR spoiler.................... |

I love cars like this, on the one hand they want a nice looking performance car..... but will never give up the versatility of having a tow bar.

Hey gecko - I thought about that before I posted it. You will notice that I haven't given them a spray... just observed what's on the car... And, as I said in the other post - "Not my cup of tea, but I'm sure the owner loves it..." And for that reason, I figure other forum members would want to see it and decide for themselves. (Oh, and if they drive the freeway, there's going to be a load more people seeing it DAILY than the number of forum members on here.)

irlewy - I know what you're saying! And funny thing is, back in 04 I actually ordered my BA XR8 with a tBar........ to protect the rear end!! Driving on the freeway where nose to tail accidents happen daily, I figured it was a good investment but it does look a bit 'odd' I agree!

maybe its a 3v with some balls , and technically there is no such things a GTHO BA or BF so technically speaking i suppose it can be anything he wants it to be. I rekon its looks better than a GT anyway , has that kind of raw appeal to it , like the SV8 in the VY Holden range. Bang for buck car.
