Hi I need tips on how to go about flushing and replacing coolant.How many litres does the system hold things to watch out for.

All i did was take out the fan, unplug the bottom radiator hose, plug it back in fill with clean water and some kind of radiator flush, let the car run for 30 minutes, wait till cool, empty from hose, and repeat until water comes out clean, then fill with new coolant. i think the capacity is about 15 litres, but there will be about 5 litres remaining in the system.
This is just what i done, but there is probably a better/proper way |

nothing wrong with what you have done bloggs24, it'll remove all large scalling, but there is another method of removing the small hose that goes from thermostate housing to water reservoir and running engine with hose in water res, and thermostat house hanging out of engine and letting it clean itself out, I'd normally do what you have done and then do this to clean out all remaining, water.

That is how I would do it adding turn the heater up to full to flush out that side of things..
