Default removing plastic from bottom of drivers seat

How do you remove the plastic that covers the right side of the drivers seat? It covers one of the bolts that holds it to the floor. I don't want to break it, so I thought I'd ask

Cheers.

its very flexible, so you probably wont break it. Lift the plastic tab out of the seat runner and slide the whole lot towards the centre console.

It clips in on the sides about a third of the way down, the metal is bent to grip, pull it out on the side and be gentle, these are one of the most highly broken interior plastic parts on BAs
