Default American student expelled over computer game design

http://www.1pstart.com/student-arres...rist-activity/

Quite bizarre. Certainly understand the American's erring on the side of caution on this one... i guess.

Get the feeling this might appear on the "you know you're living in 2007 when'..." list?

Some pictures can be found here:

hells yeh! i wanted to do a CS map of my school, but because it would have been an awesome map, not to enact any fantasies. i had a damn hard time at high school, and certainly wanted a few people disapeared, but it's just not gonna happen in australian schools.

So stupid. A school is like any other building, and would be good for CS as it would be a good terrorist target. Where in cs do you kill kids anyway? its good guys vs terrorists, i dont see the problem. Wait till my new flash game comes out, ill give the Americans something to whine about.

“They arrested him,” Chen said of FBISD police, “and also went to the house to search.” The Lin family consented to the search, and a hammer was found in the boy’s room, which he used to fix his bed, because it wasn’t in good shape, Chen said. He indicated police seized the hammer as a potential weapon.

like was said in the 1st link, it is easier to create a map of something that you know rather than come up with something completely new..

Remember you are talking about the country that enforced prohibition and allowed Eugene McCarthy to persecute innocent lefties.

It is a TOTALLY different culture.........
