2.0 Duratec tuning possibilities :)

I just came across this article on tuning for the 2.0 Duratec engine, thought it might be of interest to others :)

Great read :)

Interesting to read what it says about having a realistic limit of 245bhp. After looking at turbo kits for the 2.0L Duratec, I don't see how you'd go much past that. I might be missing something, but if an intercooled kit producing 11PSI is put on an engine that already has a 2.5" exhaust system only produces 233 hp, how would you get much more without modifying the engine anyway?

Is that the old Duratec(ST motor)or the new Duratec?

I would be guessing and say the old Duratec, as the new one is Direct Injection with variable valve timing?? Only guessing.
