Question about a flashing dashboard light (2010 ford focus tdci)

2010 Ford Focus TDCI (diesel) has a dashboard light that flashes about every 3 seconds. It continues to flash even after the car is parked and locked. I have uploaded a photo and marked the flashing light with a red arrow. Could you please tell me if this is normal? What could be the issue? Thanks for your help!

It's the PATS warning light (Passive Anti Theft System) and perfectly normal.
