Not rushing into anything; my opinions can be jaded or biased, based on what often turns up broken or neglected. We need to upgrade our towing rig IMO, it frequently sails too close to the line with trailer mass.
The main benefit of the wagon over the Territory would be the live axle. People shat on them for decades because of the leaf sprung live axle, but that setup made for superior towing and load carrying ability.
