V8 Super Car Trip to Eastern Creek

The trip to the v8 super cars at eastern creek has been organised! We will be travelling in a 57 seater bus with driver. The trip will consist of a pick up at 1) Food for less car park at 5.00 am on June 10th (Sunday) 2) Service station car park at the doughnut at approximately 5.20 am 3) Kew pub at approximately 5.45 am, and if any Taree boys are comming along we will work out a stop for them also, We hope to get to Eastern Creek raceway at 10.30 – 11.00 am. Everybody will get a 2 day entry with pit pass, and we get to watch qualifying and race 1. Accommodation will be at Park Lee, (11klms away from track) where we will be staying in 7 person cabins for the night. We will be leaving Park Lee early in the morning for the full day at the track to watch race 2 and race 3. After race 3 and presentation we will be heading back stopping at all the pick up points before mentioned. All food and alcohol has to be supplied by you, and bring something warm as this time of the year can get cold and wet. But due to some people have been helping out our club, we have got this entire package of transport / entry and pit pass / and accommodation for $220.00 per person! You will never get this deal anywhere else! But you have to hurry, as the club has put a deposit down on all items and we require a $20.00 deposit for your spot on the bus, WE WILL NOT TAKE BOOKINGS OR RESERVATIONS WITHOUT YOUR DEPOSIT, FIRST IN FIRST SERVED WITH THIS DEAL ! We expect these seats to last 2 weeks at the most!
