Default spark plug lead lenght???

i was just fitting some new leads to my car this afternoon and noticed that lenght of the new leads are different to the ones that were on there.
the leads i already had fitted were topgun lpg leads for an au 2 ,they were already numbered with little numbers on them so i just fitted them to the appropriate cylender.
now the new leads i got are just standard topgun leads ,to suit series 2 on.there is 2 long, 2 mid and 2 short.where as the lpg leads i pulled off the car. leads marked 1,3and 4 are the same length and 5 and 6 are the same length(a bit shorter)then number 2 is the shortest. its got me confused.
the cars got the series 2 coil pack (pin style).dose anyone know which length lead goes to what cylender? ie; the 2 long ones go to number 1 and 2 cylinders (just an example)
i know where they go on the coil pack
thanks.
