Hi All,
I have just started to put a new head unit in my AU2 XR8. I was getting rid of the wires that ran to the CD stacker and as i pulled the front carpet up i found in the bubble wrap a Unichip engine control unit. WTF is that doing there and was it a stock item ford?? Now as i have been having problems with my car ( It feels like there is a massive flat spot when i boot the car, its revs okay if i feather the accel. but if i boot it it dies in the *** and then will take off but sounds like it is missing ) could this have anything to do with it??? Thanks
