As the title suggests, The Trick and Mansweto team have their new big block engine at the Nitro championships, and after a delay box error during their first of two qualifiers today, the second pass was a 7.18 @ 191mph. I am sure you will all agree this is an awesome time to pull straight off the trailer, for an unsorted new engine combo, and don't forget, this engine is still Naturally Aspirated.
Because of only two passes for today, they have yet to back it up, but all signs point to a faster back up run for Saturday. If any of you get a chance to come down to Sydney Dragway this weekend, the Trick and Mansweto boys will be one to watch. Well done to Tristan Triccas and Jason Mansweto, and hope you guys can claim back the SS/A record with a good run during the next two days for the Ford guys. |
