Default It is driving me nuts!!!!!

Ok heres the story....1999 AU Falcon. Every bloody time it decides to rain or I wash the car, the drivers side footwell becomes all damp from the water. Now I can;t even begin to tell you where it is coming from, other than from around the brake/accelarator pedals, but up higher. I have spent hours looking for the cause of the problem, but to no avail.

Has anyone else ever had this problem? Any ideas as to what it could be?

I am sick of my car smelling like a wet towel.

Daniel
