Default Silicone radiator hose kits

Hi all,

I have seen a few AU's over the years with the silicone hose kits from eBay, I am just wondering how they have stood the test of time?

I recently replaced the radiator on the wagon, and the hoses have started to wear/leak ever since. $150 for a full set of hoses is tempting, if they work!

I am pricing a set from a local shop, just checking as a comparison.

Thanks in advance!
