Talking alloy/mag wheel displacement

Im after a set of mags for the AU and I've noticed that the EL has the same PCD (5/114.3) but an ET of 10mm vs the AU's 35mm.
Does this mean they will fit but will hang 25mm further out the wheel arches, or have I got it backwards meaning they will need 25mm spacers (or have I got it totaly wrong and they wont fit at all - excuse my ignorance).

If what I beleive to be true is correct, that would mean all the following wheels should fit with the appropriate spacers...... right?

PCD:5114.3 , ET:38 (with 7mm spacers?)
Chrysler Voyager
Deawoo Leganza
Eunos 500 + 800
Holden Appolo 1993+
Hyundai Grandeur, Tiburon, Sonata (05+)
Kia Carnival
Mazda Premacy, Tribute, MPV
Mitsubishi Magna(91+), Verada(91+), Lancer VRX, 380
Toyota Camry(93+), Supra, Sportivo, Avalon, Tarago

PCD:5/114.3 , ET:45 (with 10mm spacers?)
Honda Accord(97+), Integra, Odyssey, Euro
Mazda 3, 6, 929, 626, MX6, Estina(91+)
Nissan 200sx, 300zx, Maxima, Syline R32/33

Is this right??? if not could someone correct me if Im wrong before I go buy a set of rims that wont fit.
Cheers
