Ok, so let me get this right.
I want a 12mm spacer, no larger or it wont fit?? And they come with bolts?? And I wanna be real careful doing it up? Is that all? Oh and where else can I get them... BPT, HPW (I couldnt find it), Preferably somewhere in Australia lol

You get a bit more torque out of the motor,not to much but the temp difference is about 20 to 25 degrees loer on the upper.

I noticed zero difference when I fitted one to mine.
...not to say there wasn't a difference, just buggered if I could notice it.
