Default Nice coincidence driving home

Last night driving home (western subrubs, Brisbane) I suddenly realised for anybody looking from the side of the road this must have looked nice !

In front of me (Shockwave BA MKII XR6T) was a white XR8 with blue stripes. He also had the word BOSS under the XR8 badge on the back, and in front of him was a Silhouette F6 (Man I wish I had bought the Silhouette , very nice).

Well I just thought what a nice site to behold, some of Ford's finest.

Any of you guys had similiar happen purely by chance ?

BTW Guys in front of me if you see this, nice cars

Jim

During Melbourne Cup Day I was caught up in a traffic jam with several other AU Fairlanes. That was nice.

On sunday at Knox i was at the lights.
At the front of the pack was my car [EL2XR8]
Next to me was a regency red EL XR6 with full bodykit [MYELXR].
I thought that was a pretty cool coincidence.

JAB,
Whereabouts in the western suburbs mate. I live at Taringa and have an AUII XR8 in venom red with rebel rear bar, hawk wing, Speedy Atix rims. Can't miss me. What number plates are you. I'll keep an eye out. Always see XR's in the area.

One day my parents were driving their Everglade Green EBII Falcon wagon around a roundabout, when 2 more were near-identical cars were at the same roundabout! The other two cars were both EBIIs, both GLis, both Everglade Green and both wagons. The only thing that set the three cars apart were the wheels

one of my mates number plate is the same as another car in the town (both BA XT's) except for the last number, but thay are consecutive numbers, one plate has a 4 at the end and the other has a 5. so they are consecutive number plates we laugh when we see it all the time, it's a reasonably small town too, so whats the chances of almost identical plates in the one town.

Surprisingly it does happen a bit. My family's doctor has a Ford Maverick that has basically the same rego as my parent's wagon only 1 digit higher!

This afternoon on Old Gympie Road (heading home) I looked next to me and there was a nice blue EF/EL (bit hard to tell side on) XR6...

Travelled to work a few days ago (again along OGR) and following was a white EF XR8 (now that was awesome)

I got custom plates on the festiva, BJA50N i was thinking that somewhere out there would be AJA50N plates (probably issued by default, however when i booked my plates i did a search on em and they were taken)

Drivin through Chullora and i pull up behind a Laser (i think) and surprise surprise guess what plates were on the car......

I kept trying to get in front of him to try and show him but i think he turned off pretty soon....

pretty cool coincidence seeing the population of NSW....

Was parked at the Fountain Gate Shopping Centre underground carpark, got back from shopping to realize there was another Fiesta (black) with the numberplates TPA-20X purchased from Coffey Ford parked behind me, with the P plates showing like mine. Mine's an ink blue Fiesta with the numberplates TPA-200.
