Anyone out there know of a courier / freight company that is reasonably priced and takes care of the packages?
Sending from Melbourne to mainly QLD but other states also, always car parts - panels, gearboxes etc. I have a door that I need to send to Brisbane, and have quotes from $150-300 so far. Any help appreciated. Luke. |

Star track & TNT always seem to be on time and willing to go that little bit further. I deal with transport companies everyday and the worst is Linfox & Toll IMHO, most of the drivers are good but the companies themselves are morons. Australian Air Express is another one to look into. Also don't forget the small guys who do these trips, usually better priced and mostly take more care as they need the repeat business.

Thanks RedXR8220 - Will give these few a call and get some prices. Does anyone know of some smaller companies which are reliable and not too costly? Luke. |

Australian National Couriers
http://www.ancouriers.com.au/ 132088 Free plug ... I work for them in Sydney ... they do interstate work as well (backhauls are the cheapest way of getting stuff delivered though. If urgent it usually gets sent via AAE or TNT though. The used to be Fleets Flyers but have bought out a lot of smaller companies Australia-wide and have created a larger national company. Car 187 out :
