Gday.
For the guys with Xr8s II/IIIs. Do AUs have traction control, like the fairmonts do, or is that a BA only thing? And is it an auto only item or manual as well? |

Traction control is a pain in the ****.
Mine has been set up to always be off, instead of the factory always on. If the missus drives in the wet she turns it on. Norton |

i let my bro drive mine in the wet with fairly bold tires and when he got back he told me he booted it around a corner to beat some traffic at an intersection and the ars3 broke loose on him, he saved it but it scared the sh!t out of him as he had never driven a rear drive car before

yeh thanks guys ,the reason i asked is I drove my brothers BA 3v 220 manual not long ago(in the pouring rain) and could not beleive how ridiculous it was to get moving from the trafic lights and up to 80kms in the rain.his tyres were worn and average brand, but anyway the wife couldnt handle that and around round abouts with the diff locking up on her, thats for sure.she use to driving a subaru outback so its going to be a big change for her.mmmmmmmm
