Hey Narcea, try this one mate...

http://www.carsales.com.au/used-cars/private/FORD/FALCON/details.aspx?__Ns=pCar_PrivateSpecialFlag_Int32|1| |pCar_ImageCount_Int32|1||pCar_LastModifiedDate_Da teTime|1&Make=FORD&State=Western%20Australia&Price Max=20000&state_id=83&PriceMin=10000&__Dx=mode+mat chany&trecs=3&Model=FALCON&__Nne=20&__N=4294966463 +83+391+412+4294966285+834+285+257&__Ntk=CarAll&si lo=1003&keywords=XR8&__sid=1103716CFC87&Cr=1&dista nce=25&__D=XR8&seot=0&__Ntt=XR8&__Ntx=mode+matchal lpartial&R=557681

It might be an AUII, but it's the 220 engine and only 122,000 on the clock...

$14,500... that's good buying, right there!!!

EDIT: I have nfi why the forum won't auto-shorten that address. Still, if you carefully cut'n'pase it, you'll be right :

XR Rob I emailed the guy with the white AUII re the condition of the car about a month ago.... I didn't get much in terms of a reply though. that's been on and off car sales for some time. seems a cheap option but i'm really after a series 3 with the rebel kit. That was some link too mate. haha

Could make for a nice little holiday. Fly over & drive back. What better way to get to know your new car.

Well, here's a nice example of a Ford FALCON XR8 AU111 2002,and prices they are fetching here in NZ.Check out the dvd system in back of headrests!Thats got to be worth $3000 at least.
This is one is off an auction site here called "trademe"
The guys reserve is $20k- but his starting bid is $18k so I reckon it would go for $19k - remember it's a private sale.Only 80,000kms -and Tickford enhanced too.

Obviously not much help to you, being over here in NZ, but it gives you a good comparison.I have seen many au11-au111 xr8's going from between $15,000- $19,000 on this site.A pretty good reflection of prices here.

Yeah, it was! Ah well, I will just keep an ongoing eye out for you... I actually enjoy looking at what's on the market, and how much stuff is going for, even though I'm not actively buying for myself now.
