Default Will This Wheel Offset Fit?

Hey

I'm new to fords and new to this club. first question i have to ask is i am looking at a set of 18'wheels for my fairmont and the offset of the wheels is +45 and im pretty sure the AU's are +35. does anybody know if these will fit without scrubbing on struts?

Thanks,
