Default Replacing ABS module

Hi there peoples...since I've had my car the ABS and traction control haven't worked. I've had the car checked out by Ford service and their computers can't get into the ABS to find out what is wrong. It leaves only a couple of conclusions...it's either a fault in the wiring somewhere (which I doubt...) or its the actual ABS module itself which is busted. To test this theory I can grab a hold of an ABS module without traction control. Will this unit fit and be able to work properly or will I need to get an ABS module with traction control...?! Any help would be great folks...Cheers...Bernie...
