Hey folks,
Having trouble setting a custom avatar. The file is 99x99 its a jpeg and is 15KB keeps telling me its too big and i cant get it under 15KB Whats the true limit in KB for the avatar? Non DM also Cheers.

Its spose to be 100x100 or less than 29.3kb so I dont know what the problem is...
