all i can say is that the laws are complete bullshit and I can't wait until I'm on my Greens and get rid of this P plate BS.
All the new laws mean really is that instead of having 1 deso driver for 4 people, we now have 1 deso for 1 person,.

NSW has it pretty bad, knee-jerk laws. Why I voted against Iemma...

P2 now, feel sorry for the rest below me. The real losers here are the fatalities. No increase in police around Syd to enforce these new "laws".

I've done plenty of driving, driven past many RBT spots and never been pulled over. All a load of crock.

Another fellow voter who voted against Dilemma.
NSW is the beacon of stupidity and knee jerk reactions, mainly because the pharkwits at Macquarie Street jerk everything else obsessively.
Look at the trial of 50 zones. 50 has now replaced 60 on most roads, including major arterial roads. Why you ask? The roads would require maintenance sooner to pass the minimum safety standards to maintain their 60 statuses. In other words, roads are bad? Lower the speed limit.
How Mohammed Iemma the member for Lakemba so easily hoodwinked the people of NSW has completely vexed me. They have done nothing, and I mean nothing well. Every area of their governance is in ruin and yet they were voted back in. Now the only government in Australia is to be voted out, I'll be damned if I can see the logic in it.

Just out of curiosity, would this FW be a P plate driver in VIC. And how is it he is driving a GTr skyline?? Is that legal as well??

Geez, boo hoo hoo, what a bunch of sooks. If people spent more time learning to obey and respect the law rather than complaining about it and flagrantly breaking it there'd be far less road deaths...

The same thing has happened in the NT. One of the reasons for taking away the (//) freedom on our hiways was because of the ever shrinking road maintenance budget. The only difference here is that there is no way the current government will be let off the hook at the next election. And one of the reasons for that is the fact that the opposition has a clear and opposing view on the subject. One of the problems in NSW was the fact that the opposition didn't really set themselves far enough apart from the incumbent government. At least that is how it looked from here.
