I own a AU Series 2 Falcon Forte Sedan,I want to install a Sub Woofer in the rear parcel shelf. I beleive there is a perforated area in the middle of the shelf. Can anyone supply me details on how to do this, including what wiring may be involved. The sound system is standard Ford Falcon Forte.

As if you would run a subwoofer off your headunit.. There might be a hole already there in the rear parcel tray.. Buy a "Free to Air" subwoofer, means they dont need a enclosed or ported subbox. If there is no hole in the parcel tray, use the template that comes with the sub to cut the hole. Buy an amplifier and amplifier wiring kit to run the sub. |

In the right hand side of the boot there are the wires all there for the amp.
The hole is already there for the 8in sub. All you need is a preuimim sound sub grill, you get them from ford for under $40 or the wreackers..

Car Audio is reasonably cheap these days.. can get any midrange brand now for a good price if you bargain a little. Kenwood, Clarion, Pioneer, US Audio etc etc. |
