Default aufalcon.com + www.aufalcon.com

Hi everyone,

Just a small note to say we can finally all use the website as in line with all our stickers.

Eg:

aufalcon.com/salooncar17

Regards,

Andrew.

Excellent news.

Also, where would the best place be to post issues with the aufalcon.com site, there's one I have at home two out of three times that sort of bugs me.

I'm the programmer of the site so posting it here is fine, unless you wanna send me a PM.

All good, I'll make it public in case anyone else has the issue. Now, keep in mind I am a Firefox user and not IE, the site seems fine in IE when I use it at various places to show people pics of my car.

I believe it was only recently that when you go to view someone's car, it pulls it into that "automatic slideshow" mode where it scrolls through the pictures, but you can still select which one you want to view from the thumbnails below.

Quite often, as it fades the first image out to bring the second one in, it locks on the first image, faded, and loads the second image somewhere near the bottom of the page. If you select any of the thumbnails, it loads the image into the same spot down the bottom, the way it should, but totally in the wrong place.

I'm at work at the moment, but if you need any further info on it let me know, when I get home I'll go there and screenshot what its doing so you can see (unless you're aware of it and seen it already).

Its not really a big issue or anything, but if it could be fixed it would be awesome.

Interesting. Thanks for the bug report. What version of Mozilla do you run?

No probs. I'll be able to tell you what version of Mozilla I'm running when I get home, but I can almost guarantee that it would be 2.0.0.4, as I allow it to run the auto updates whenever a new version is available.

The bug doesn't happen all the time, usually about two times out of three (at a guess).

I know I have a couple of extensions installed with it - however I can't see how these would mess up viewing of a page - but if you think they may have something to do with it let me know, and I'll give you a rundown of what's installed.

Still happening for me Firefox 2.0.0.4. but I think it was also happening on the previous v1? I only upgraded to v2 recently.

I thought it was a "feature"...

edit: a bit more info... on some entries it shows the slideshow in the main window eg Norton's but in others the main window fades and another window inc slideshow pops underneath the thumbprints eg mine and Abacus's

Hmm, maybe it happens on certain cars but not others?

I'm about to head to bed so haven't got time to play and see if I can trace it to certain cars to help out Dauphin at the moment, I didn't think there would be anything different in the codes for different people's cars but you never know. Just a thought for when its being looked into anyway.
